The stigma towards insurance agents and financial planners presents them with a mammoth mountain to climb. They need to possess relevant skills and garner the trust of clients to ascend to the summit. However, mountain climbers often obsess over the sole objective of reaching the pinnacle. Instead of a mountaineer, I liken Stephanie to a mountain guide (Sherpa) who has honed her craft extremely well, and yet focuses her dedication towards helping others, whether it is to ascend the mountain peak, to chart a more assured path in life or to optimise our baggage in preparation for life's journey of surprises.
